Brad Sutton began farm consulting in 1994 developing a client base in Canterbury and the West Coast which lead into a farming career over the following 12 years. During this time he developed a farming business and also worked in project management roles in Central Africa, developing dairy, beef and irrigated forage cropping farm systems. Donald and Jose Arthur are owners and operators of Selwyn Rakaia Vet Services in Dunsandel, and became involved with DFMS in 2015. They recognised that there were good synergies between the businesses and DFMS had significant growth opportunities to provide services to the ever-expanding dairy sector. Read more ....

Kirsty Thomas (née Martin) cut her teeth on a large Landcorp property on the West Coast. She joined DFMS in 2018 after completing post-graduate study at Lincoln University which focused on using alternative pastures to reduce nitrate leaching in farm systems. Working with DFMS is an opportunity for her to help farmers remain profitable whist still farming within the environmental limits. 

Jackie brings her business and administration knowledge, combined with practical experience and common sense, to her role with Dairy Farm Management Services.
